Return and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new or refurbished within 14 days of your delivery.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods so please be careful with the goods whilst you inspect them.
We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach our warehouse – It is therefore advised that any goods you may wish to return are done so via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage. In the event that substantial damage has been caused to the product then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return.

Except for the situation in which an item has been suppllied in error, you will have to pay all the returning transport cost
